Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds and credit returns apply on Pic Your AI (the "Service"), operated by Juan Ignacio Molfino. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. How Credits Work

The Service runs on credits:

  • Gold credits are used to train a model.
  • Blue credits are used to generate and edit images.

Credits are a digital, consumable product. Because they are consumed immediately when you use a feature, they are generally non-refundable once purchased, except as described below.

2. Failed Attempts — Automatic Credit Return

If a training or generation attempt fails due to an error on our side or our providers' side and you do not receive your result, the credits used for that specific attempt are automatically returned to your balance. You do not need to request this; it happens as part of how the Service handles failures.

If you believe credits were not correctly returned after a failed attempt, contact us at support@picyourai.com and we will review it.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

  • Cancellation stops future billing — you will not be charged for the next period.
  • We do not refund subscription fees already paid for the current period.
  • You keep access and any remaining subscription credits until the end of the current paid period. Subscription credits do not carry over to any later period and are forfeited when the period ends.
  • In short: the credits included in the month you already paid for are yours to use during that month; they are not refunded and do not roll over.

4. Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, because credits are a consumable digital product. Unused pack credits do not expire and remain available until used or until you delete your account.

5. Exceptions and Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence. If mandatory local law grants you a refund right that this policy does not cover, that law prevails.

We may, at our discretion, grant goodwill refunds in exceptional cases; doing so does not create an obligation to do so again.
